Today, I saw an utterly disgusting rat in the middle of an alley in Taipei.
In the morning while I was riding my bike back from my soccer club I encountered a horible, filthy rodent. I didn't notice it until I ran over it's tail and felt a slight bump. When I looked back, there was a fat mouse lying and suffering from the excruciating pain from its tail. But I really didn't care about a dirty rat so I made up my mind and just kept on riding.
Yesterday, I felt amazing excitement rushing through my blood as I knew I would be able to play my new game when I got home. During the afternoon I was crazy to get home and play my extremely awesome new game. I was jumpy and didn't really like waiting to play it. But, study always comes first so I had my Chinese class for 2 whole hours and was only able to play at 6:47 PM.
This week I learned that back hundreds of years ago people did know there were other countries, not only themselves. I was having a Topic lession in school this week when a weird question popped in my mind. Did people back in the 1400s know that there were other countries besides the one they were living in? Then, my amazing teacher bombarded me with reason as to how people did know about the existence of other countries.
Tomorrow, I hope I will go cut my hair, I am still waiting as to if that will be possible. Next week, I am travelling to Cambodia and Malaysia, so I don't want to have my hair looking like a motorbike helmet in my holidays picture. For that simple reason I'm really hoping To cut my hair tomorrow.

Today, I saw a beautiful burger laying on a plate. I went to have lunch with my step-dad in a place near his office. I don't actually remember the name but they serve really great food. Today I asked for their 'Signature Burger'and it was incredubly tasty filled with amazing ingredients. Too bad it was humongous and made it impossible for me to finish.
Yesterday, I felt a rush of excitement as I was watching the last point of a tennis match. At 4 PM I started to watch the Serbian tennis player, Djokovic, play the final against the Scottish, Andy Murray. Throughout the match the two of them were quite impressive since they had played extremely well during the whole championship and still made it to the final; but Murray couldn't cope with Djokovic's tennis power.
It was the end of the last set and Djokovic scored an ACE and was suddenly serving for the Australian Open Championship point. He was already winning 2 sets to 0 and so would win if he took this last set. He took a deep breath and was absolutely sure that in a few moments he would be holding the trophe. He then served and started the rally with Murray. Suddenly Murray hit the ball out and simply gave the championship away.
Last week, I learned that Cambodia is an amazing country filled with ancient palaces. I'm travelling to Cambodia and so deceided it would be nice to know a bit about the country and the palaces I'm going to visit. I was in the middle of my research when I came through an article written by a journalist who had travelled there few years back. He mentioned the street markets filled with the poor, trying to sell you their handcrafts for 1 U$ and he also mentioned the great food for a vey cheap price; but he made a point that 'Angkor Wat' is the one place you have to go when you visit Cambodia. I finished and was pleased with myself for learning some facts of the country I'm about to visit.
Tomorrow, I hope I will get to read on my flight. I recently bought some books from the Alex Rider series and I want to get through them all. So I hope instead of sleeping I will read!!!

Last week I learned how to play a solo on guitar. I had nothing to do and was extremely bored. Then, I picked my guitar and told myself I would learn a new song. So I searched in the Internet and found a solo I could learn to play. And so I did! I watched a video lesson, then got the tabs. After 1 hour of practising I was able to play it and that made me very happy.
Today, I saw the most beautiful human made thing in my life. I visited Cambodia and the first thing I did was visit Angkor Wat. Me and my family took a taxi to the Ankor Palace. When I got there we couldn't see much and so started walking the way other people were. When we got to the bridge leading to the palace me and my family were stunned by its beauty. Each tower of the temple was built resembling a Lotus flower. If the palace was already incredible from the outside the inside could only be better. And I was right! The inside was amazingly huge and it our curiosity that led my family to many different places than after some exhausting hours beneath the blazing sun we went back to the hotel and in the refreshing swimming pool!
Yesterday, I felt very exhausted due to my flight. To get to Cambodia I had to stop at Kuala Lumpur and from there catch a flight to Siem Reap. The flight to Kuala Lumpur was about 5 hours long and I just hate staying inside an airplane. So I couldn't wait to get to the hotel and have a good night of sleep.
Tomorrow, I hope I will be able to buy some stuff from the Siem Reap Night Market near my hotel. I'm going to a street market near my hotel tomorrow and I really want to get something as a souvenir. I want to get a little wooden instrument which make a sound similar to this, 'bonbon,banben...'. I think its really cool and I want to get it so I can have one of Cambodia's weird instruments.

Today, I saw a Chinese person fart in the middle of the hotel lobby.
I was with my family in the Sutera Harbour Resort in Kota Kinabalu for the end of my holidays. Today there was a live band playing, so we went down to the lobby to listen to them play. Unfortunately, there was a interruption. It was indeed a weird interruption since the sound was a gas coming out from a man's bottom. When it happened quite a few people turned aroung to see it but he seemed not to mind.
Yesterday, I felt a bit of sadness knowing it was one of my last days of holidays.
I was a bit sad but I still managed to have a lot of fun. I went rafting in some river. I played in the hotel's swimming pool and I even played Tennis with my big brother. I had so much fun that at the end of the day I just needed a good rest.
Last week, I learned that tennis isn't so hard. I was playing in the pool with my brother when we noticed a tennis court. He and I had no experience at all but we still wanted to try and so went over to my step-dad and asked if we could rent the equipment. He agreed with us and we went to get everything we needed. At the start my brother and I were horrible but after some we actually started to play okay. In the end even my parents played and it was awesome!!!
Tomorrow, I hope it will be another awesome day. Yes, its sad but tomorrow is the last day of my holidays. The resort I'm staying is incredible and I ought to have a really great time; and since it IS the last day it has to be amazing. With my family I'm sure it will be possible and the facilities of the hotel help even more. I have no doubt that tomorrow will be the perfect ending of this amazing and special Chinese New Year!!!

Today I saw, a boy in Yr 4 get hit by a ball. I was playing soccer with some Yr 4s and 3s when Zack, a boy in Yr 4, get hit by a ball right in the stomach. It was a Yr 3 who kicked and he did indeed do it uncarefully, he received a pass and just lashed out with his foot to kick the ball. It travelled fastly until it hit the poor boy's stomach, making him feel a great deal of pain and gasp for air that the hit had taken out of him. I felt sory for him and asked if he was okay but he just cried and didn't answer.
Yesterday I felt extremely bored. It was pouring down the whole day and so I couldn't go out. I have quite a lot of things that I can do at home and so chose to play my XBOX 360 which I stopped playing after an hour. Then I read. I also stopped reading after a while otherwise I would finish my book too fast. Next, I tried to watch TV but al the channels I checked were filled with non-sense programs. You probably guessed what I did next! I stopped watching TV! I suddenly became angry! There was nothing I could do to satisfy myself and I was running out of options! So I layed down in bed and took a nap. Finally, there was something interesting! I couldn't wait for the next day to arrive and some action pour into my day.
Last week, I learned that I'm a horrible drawer. My first attempt to make a nice drawing last week was in my Maths class. We were doing some 'rangolis' and I tried really hard to make it pretty but I couldn't! In the end mine looked horrible, like it was coloured and then someone poured water on to it! Even the shapes were a bit messy and, like I have already mentioned, the colours were revolting! My second attempt was in Arts. We had to draw stuff in the style of William Morris and I personnaly think his work is extremely repelling! It is so old-fashioned and I had to draw like HIM?! " Come on!" I thought. But I had to do it. So I started drawing flowers and branches and things. One of my flower's looked like Goofy's hand while one of my branches was magically going through another! But the worst was the colouring. I accidently made 2 branches red and a flower was so brown if someone saw it they would think it was dog waste! I really suck at drawing but I am still trying hard, one day I might actually learn how to draw something that isn't a stick-man!
Tomorrow I hope my brother's assembly will be fun. My brother is in Mr Sullivan's class and he has been talking about his assembly for 2 weeks! So have my friends in his class.. They say it is so cool and that its so funny and awesome! I can't wait to see for myself this 'incredible piece of work!
